  • Projects are typically booked 1-2 months in advance. Once your customized contract is signed and your project deposit is paid, you'll then be added to my calendar with a start date.

  • Each project is different and depends on the scope of the work. However, for brand identity, the typical timeline is between 4-6 weeks and for brand identity + website design, 6-8 weeks. If you have deadlines, I'll be sure to factor that into your customized project plan.

  • To ensure our visions and values align, please schedule a 30-min Intro Call, free of charge. The purpose of this call is to learn about your project, discuss your unique goals, go over my process, talk about timelines and budget, and give you an opportunity to ask any questions.

  • The investment for each project varies depending on the scope of work and project requirements. However, brand identity projects start at $3,000 and brand identity + website packages start at $6,000. Each project comes with a customized proposal based on your budget and specific needs.

  • Yes! Each project has the ability to be customized with a payment plan. If you decide to do a payment plan, your payments will be split up with the initial deposit serving as your first payment.

  • My goal as your designer is to always provide you with design solutions that are backed by strategy, evolving from a holistic and in-depth process that involves extensive research and creative direction. Because of this, I don't design stand-alone brand elements such as logos.

    Logos are only one small piece of the brand puzzle and to plan for long-term business success, I always recommend a brand identity package as a starting point.

  • It's not a common occurrence for clients to request refunds. As a professional designer with over 10+ years of experience, I am highly qualified to understand and execute your design needs. Because of this, I do not offer refunds.

    That being said, I do offer a guarantee that throughout our time working together, you'll be involved every step of the way from start to finish to ensure that you're feedback is heard and that your expectations are being met.

  • Yes! After we've established and perfected your brand, I offer on-going design services to ensure that you feel supported in your business journey. Examples of these services include social media graphics, website graphics, marketing collateral, and more.
